Storm-God was a SPB (Super Powered Being) created by Dr. Jacob Krigstein. Krigstein used him and his team The Americans to try and find the newborn Jenny Quantum so Krigstein could use her powers to control the destiny of mankind for the 21st century. Storm-God blocked the escape of the Doctor when he tryed to run away with Jenny. When the Authority showed up to fight them Storm-God attacked Apollo, leaving him weak enough to be raped by the Commander.

Storm-God then reappered later with the main team in Washington DC. Apollo now fully charged killed a number of the Americans and took a personal revenge on Storm-God, by putting his mace on th end of his digestive system.
