During the time when superheroes where banned from being active, Sunspot was s supervillian who tried to use his powers as a supercriminal in the absence of superpowered protectors.
Claiming to have the ultimate power to create a New Universe, the villian seemed to be unbeatable. Active Green Lantern, Guy Gardner, who cared nothing about the ban on superheroes, prove him wrong.
Sunspot still have one hand and one foot healthy.
