Tahoteh is the Prime Monitor, first among equals, and the de facto leader of the Monitors. He is the one who exiled Nix Uotan for his apparent crimes against Earth-51. Upon witnessing the Thought Robot battling against Mandrakk and realizing that the judgment of Monitors is flawed, he is reduced to senility, necessitating his replacement by Monitor Rip Hermuz.
