Tesla Strong was created by comic writer Alan Moore and artist/writer Chris Sprouse.
Tesla Strong is the daughter of famous Science Hero, Tom Strong and his wife, Dhalua Strong. Like her parents, she too has enhanced superhuman strength, speed and genius intellect, but not to the same degree as her father. She was raised by her parents, in both Attabar Teru and Millennium City, where she and her family frequently face deadly foes in various high-flying adventures. She later married Val Var Garm, King of the Volcano men. In Tom Strong And The Planet Of Peril, she becomes pregnant with Val's child. She suffers complications due to the baby inheriting Val's fiery abilities. In order to save her, Tom gives her the exilir Alosun to strenghten her and the baby. Afterwards, Tesla gives birth to a baby girl she names Faraday Omotu Val Strong.
