The Hound was created by Justin Jordan and Philip Tan, and first appeared in The Curse of Brimstone #1 as a companion to the Salesman.
Powers and Abilities
The Hound can rapidly drop the temperature of the environment around her, producing freezing conditions. She can also create and control ice and snow, and freeze people and objects with a touch.
The Hound can also shapeshift into a large, wolf-like bestial form.
