Bio

Jeannie Gale is a singer/ song writer, she first appeared when the Super Friends were hosting a telephon. But due to a villain named Greenback who robbed Bruce Waynes house most of the members were away fighting him. When Aquaman Wendy, and Marvin were captured by him they spent the time tied up listening to her singing until Wonder Woman came, and got them free. But when she broke the beam they were tied on the house started to fall apart. Jeannie then started to sing a song about Wonder Woman and while listening to her song she gained enough strength to save them.

Becoming Sylph

Jeannie is then seen again a dinner with Mr. Wayne and his friends Crystal Marr, Ginger O' Shea, Grant Arden, and Sandor Fane. While they were talking Sandor started to talk about his studies on Paracelsus. He then told them of summoning the four spirits the elements rebresent such as the Undine, Salamander, Gnome, and Sylph. After hearing talk of this Bruce Wayne had to leave for his nightly patrol on the city. During this time the Overlord kidnapped Jeannie, Crystal, Ginger, and Grant to test his theory on summoning the spirits of the elements but he had to place them into their bodies as a vessel for them. Jeannie then became the Sylph and had power over the winds. The Overlord then told them about the Super Friends and how they were evil. After hearing this they decided to stop them. Overlord then gave them costumes to hid their hosts identitie, and then stationed each one of them a location for each member of the Super Friends to face. Jeannie was stationed in New York to fight Wonder Woman. Once Wonder Woman arrived Sylph began her attack on her. She first tried shooting lighting at her but Wonder Woman blocked her. Wonder Woman then tried to hit her but Sylph turned her body to air which made her punches go right thru her. She then tried to fly away but Wonder Woman caught up with her. But she tricked her so that she could trap her in a tornado. Jayna then arrived in the form of an alien bird, and got Wonder Woman free. Jeannie then tried to escape but got her clothing stuck in a bunch of tree branches.

Hurrying to escape Jayna arrived and hypnoticed her for Wonder Woman to tie up in her lasso. Wonder Woman then removed her mask only to be shocked to see her fan was attacking her. At the Hall of Justice she and the others explained what happened and that they have a spirit representing the four elements residing in their bodies. After listening to the spirits sad story they let them off due to being manipulated. The Super Friends then decided to help them become heroes. Ginger then went to create a costume for each one of them that reactes with their powers. Once finished they each showed off their abilites until Overlord broadcasted that he would attack selected locations each residing with the four elements. Sylph then went with Robin to Texas to stop a oil field from exploding. Robin went inside while she dealt with the grounds. She then changed the weather to make it snow and freeze the whole factory. She and Robin then return back to Hall of Justice.

It is unknow what happened to her after these events but she and the others were probably erased due to the events of Crisis on Infinite Earths.

Powers

Jeannie at first had no powers until the element of wind entered her body. She then gained the ability to control wind, and lighting, flight, and the ability to turn her whole body into air to evade physical harm.
