Jason Bard is a master trapper, so obsessed with catching his prey that he completely ignores the law and morality while in pursuit of his prey. The criminal is obsessed with animal traps and uses them in his crimes. He considered Batman and Robin the biggest Game of all time but wound up trapped behind bars when he nearly destroyed Gotham city while pursuing the dynamic duo.

He is not to be confused with the Jason Bard who is a member of the Gotham City Police Department. Though both are Batman characters, they have nothing in common outside of their shared name.
