Tina McGee first appeared in The Flash #3 (August 1987) from writer Mike Baron and artist Jackson Guice.

Though she was already married and Wally West was seeing Frances Kane (Magenta) at the time, the two fell in love and had an affair. This angered Tina's husband, the Speed Demon, who later battled the Flash.

Tina McGee (played by Amanda Pays) was a major supporting character in the 90's CBS television series The Flash appearing in every episode. Like the comics, she appears as a S.T.A.R. Labs scientist and romantic interest, except for Barry Allen rather than Wally West.
The Flash (2014)
Tina McGee (again played by Amanda Pays from the 90's series) appears in the CW Arrow spin-off The Flash, again as a scientist although this time she works for a rival firm to S.T.A.R. Labs.
