Origin
Jack Nimball was the second Toyman after Winslow Schott and nemesis of Hawkman, Hawkgirl and Superman. He took on the roll of Toyman after Schott retired. When Schott came out of retirement, he murdered Nimball with a toy bird, and took back his alter ego. Schott later utilized an android mimicking Nimball's appearance.
Other Media
Toyman appeared in the Super Friends cartoon in the 1970's as a member of the Legion of Doom. The twelve-issue Justice limited series featured a conflict between classic JLA members and the Legion of Doom, including Nimball.
Mattel produced a 6" Toyman action figure for the DC Universe Classics line in 2011, based upon Jack Nimball's costume and appearance. The character profile on the back of the card, though, erroneously lists his real name as Winslow Schott.
