Theodore 'Tubby' Watts was an assistant both to cameraman Johnny Chambers and his heroic alter-ego, Johnny Quick. Tubby worked at Sees-All Tells-All News throughout the 1940s and he was part of the small group of people who knew of Johnny's secret identity. Notably, he was also present at Johnny Quick's wedding to Liberty Belle.
