Little is known about Vortex at present. He is first seen held captive in a cell in Arkham Asylum alongside Black Mask, when Catwoman is captured by the Society. He helps Catwoman escape from her cell.
He was last seen helping Scarecrow and Mr. Freeze to release the remaining Talons that had been held in cryo storage under Blackgate prison during the events of Forever Evil: Arkham War.
