White Cat is the Earth-3 counterpart to Black Canary, possessed of similar powers yet is completely evil. She's confirmed later to have been killed off panel by Owlman or Owlman just kept her costume.
Creation
White Cat name was first used in the Countdown #31 issue where a costume similar to Black Canary was seen in a box. Similar looking character later returned in-person in a revised version of Earth-3, where her name was not used.
Character Evolution
White Cat isn't the only Earth 3 version of Black Canary, there is also Black Siren who bears more similarities to Black Canary.
While White Cat herself has now returned in Red Hood: Outlaws, where she is a former villain of the main DC universe, who is now seeking redemption.
