Wilson Morgan was one of the few individuals to retain his powers(in this case electrical based) given by the Amazo Virus after its initial outbreak without dying. Normally the proprietor of a dry cleaning business, Wilson attempted to use his new powers to help recover the daughter of a neighbor who was abducted. Sadly, Wilson was gunned down by the abductor after blasting the building open with electricity and even though the New God Metron witnessed his death and was visible by him, Wilson died.
