Alpheus also known as the World Forger, is the very first son of Perpetua, the supposed "Super Celestial" who created an earlier form of the Multiverse. He, along with his brethren The Monitor, Anti-Monitor were tasked with specific roles entitled to each other. The World Forger resided in The World Forge and would observe over creation, that will exist in the future. For many eons, he hammered universes out of the derived terror and hopes of every single being, within the Multiverse. This allowed him to use the stable worlds that rose into the "Orrery of Worlds" and save the remaining unstable worlds for his creation known as Barbatos, to afflict havoc upon.
It wasn't long until Barbatos, to eventually rebel against the World Forger and in doing so, kill him. Following the invasion of the Dark Multiverse, the World Forger managed to reform himself in the "Sixth Dimension".
Major Story Arcs
The Sixth Dimension
When the Justice League traveled to the Sixth Dimension, the World Forger disguised himself as a future version of Superman. He traps Superman in a planet without a Sun and reveals to the rest of the team that he plans to replace their universe with the one that he created in the Sixth Dimension. He is defeated by a fully charged Superman. Upon his defeat, Superman offers him the chance to work with the League in order to stop Perpetua. The Forger accepts and together, they go in search of the Monitor.

As son of a Super-Celestial, Alpheus is one of the most powerful and oldest being in creation.
- Cosmic Awareness: As a monitor is intrinsically Intune with existence.
- Immortality: Predates the original multiverse and is around 20 billions years old. Upon every death is respawned in the Sixth Dimension.
- Fusion: Alpheus and his brothers can combine into one being, The Ultra-Monitor.
- Invulnerability: Alpheus was only stunned after receiving a punch from Superman who was sun-dipped by multiple stars.
- Life Creation: Created powerful being such as Barbatos and Observer.io.
- Precognition: Can see into possible timelines.
- Size Manipulation: Can enlarge or shrink himself to almost any degree.
- Reality Manipulation: Alpheus wields the Dimensional Superstructure one of the Seven Forces of the Universe. Alpheus forms an idea then hammers it into existence, forming entire universes, giving him control over the laws which governs the universe.
- Telepathy: Alpheus is shown to posses powerful psychic abilities. Capable of masking his true identify from telepathic scans, telepathically overpowering Martian Manhunter, forcing into Mr. Mxyzptlk's mind while in a different dimension.
