Wound Man
Dr. Jessup Hartnel was exposed to toxic chemical waste that destroyed his ability to feel pain.Transformed by the experience, he took on the identity of the Wound Man a serial killer haunting Gotham City. His body is grotesquely pierced with nails and metal rods, echoing the infamous medieval illustration that shares his name.
