The Yellow Wasp was an enemy of Wildcat. His son is Killer Wasp. Yellow Wasp was responsible for the kidnapping of Wildcat's son, Jake. He was killed by Killer Wasp, who was jealous of Yellow Wasp favoring Jake.
Despite his apparent death, Yellow Wasp later appeared leading a gang in Gotham.
