This unnamed red-haired woman was the wife of Earth-15's General Zod (who was the Superman of that Universe). She was pregnant with their son when she was murdered by Superman Prime.

Virtually nothing is known about the pregnant wife of Earth-15's Superman (General Zod) other than that they were both very happy together and were expecting a son.

One day however the mentally deranged Superman Prime ended up on Earth-15 while traveling across the new Multiverse in search of his home. Having taken Lex Luthor hostage (who he thought was Alexander Luthor of Earth-3) Prime went on a rampage across Earth-15.

He eventually came crashing through the walls of The Fortress of Solitude while Zod was listening to their unborn son. Prime killed Zod using a crystal. She screamed Zod's name and was then incinerated by Prime's heat-vision thus taking both her life and the life of her unborn child.
