Snake was a pornographer film maker who used to be called Snake-eyes because he was able to psychically able to convince people to have sex with other mutants in an illegal pornography films. He was later blinded by the Ghost who came to save her sister Margo Cameron from the set of one of these films. It is after his blindness that Snake-eyes becomes Snake and developes more snake-like powers and his human form looked much more snake-like as well.
