Origin

He is a mutant member of the Euclideans race, beings who inhabit Euclydia, also known as the second dimension. After destroying his native dimension, probably by accident, he found a space between dimensions, a chaotic place without laws of physics or order.

This space would later be called the Realm of Nightmares. Due to his contact with this space, he became a dreamlike being. When he became aware of a prophecy, he made contact with our dimension and gave rise to some of our legends about demons.

Powers and Abilities

In Bill's own words, it would be easier to say what he can't do. He claims to have devoured gods, seduced galaxies, and drunk fear. In his words, I like everything on a bakery's menu. Regardless of his own words, he is considered one of the most dangerous beings in the multiverse, as well as a cosmic terrorist.

Eye

He was born as a mutant of his race, his mutation consisting of having a very large eye, thus allowing him to see the third dimension even though he lives in the second.

Other powers involving vision include.

Ciphervision: According to him, it is impossible to predict the future since it is constantly changing, but he claims to be able to see a kaleidoscopic and ghostly image of the Future, where he glimpses infinite possibilities of infinite possible futures.

Eye of Providence: He has an unexplained connection to the Eye of Providence. According to him, he can see everything that is within the vision of the Eye of Providence, which means that every time someone draws a triangle and places an eye in the middle, they open a channel of vision for him.
