He is a dim-witted and clumsy character, who worships Launchpad. He has a strong moral compass, and will do anything for the sake of friendship. He is a member of the Junior Woodchucks.

He was created for Duck Tales the tv show. He was voiced by Brian Cummings

His comic appearences are sparse in number due to the fact that he only appeared only in Duck Tales related comics. He started appearing in comics in 1989 (two years after the show started).
