A villain so evil, so vile that even Quackerjack's wackiness can not stand a chance! He is currently the one who is disturbing St. Canard Bay so it eats people!
 

History

"He came to this city [St. Canard] in chains. His evil was imprisoned [in a jack in the box] for centuries. He got out, possessed Quackerjack's doll, Mr. Banana Brain. That's when he started feeding. He gorges himself on the suffering of those around him. Too bad one of the people he chose was my dark! Darkwing defeated him, of course. but the really bad guys always come back. And now... Paddywhack is comic to supper!"
