Philo T. Ellic
Philo T. Ellic is a philatelist, an expert and collector of stamps. He was created by Carl Barks for "The Gilded Man" (September, 1952) as an employer who sents Donald Duck in search of rare stamps. Barks never reused him but later writers did in stories concerning stamps.
