Origin

Constance Wyrdie is part of group that has been following the prophecy of the Chosen One and how he is destined to save the world from the Deadites. Upon meeting the Chosen One, she has come to the decision the prophecy maybe wrong and he it destined to doom it with his stupidity.

Creation

Constance was created by Erik Burnham and Eman Casallos for their mini series The Army of Darkness vs. Reanimator: Necronomicon Rising.

Major Story Arcs

Necronomicon Rising

Constance has been successful in tracking down the chosen one, Ash and is in the process of convincing him to help her stop the Deadite infestation and retrieve the Necronomicon. Ash is staying firm that he doesn't need to risk his life again but then the Deadites attack him, Constance and his favorite diner.

After Constance blows up the diner, Ash agrees to go with her and they board a train to Arkham, but they don't make it there when they are attacked by Deadites and pulled into a portal to the year 3404.

In this future the Deadites have taken over and Constance and Ash appear to be the only living souls until they bump into Herbert West and Bad Ash. Bad Ash escapes but West agrees to go with them to the tower in the middle of the city.

There the three meet future Herbert West and he army of undying soldiers. He then informs them that he is going to make a copy of the Necronomicon using the blood and flesh of Ash and Constance.

This of course is not good for Constance and the Chosen One so they escape, regroup, rearm and attack the tower. They steal the Necronomicon and Constance uses a spell to teleport Ash, West and herself elsewhere.

Unfortunately, she teleports West to the 1920's where he meets H.P. Lovecraft, and she sends herself and Ash to the dark ages. As payment for the spell the Necronomicon eats Constance's soul and when she attacks Ash, he is forced to kill her.
