Origin
Hok is a member of the Tharks. He came up together with Tars Tarkas and was one of his oldest friends, until Hok betrayed his race by destroying several incubators. When Hok challenged Tars for the leadership of the Tharks, Tars discovered this betrayal and killed Hok. Hok's tusks were made into drinking cups for Tars.
