Slick was a smooth talking, wise cracking petty criminal trying to make some fast money. After his arrest, Slick was offered a chance to make amends by serving with the Liberty Project. His quick thinking established him as the team's leader. He also appears to have broken through to Burnout, the team's abrasive youngest member.
