A French puppeteer who holds the secrets to the secrets to the living serum which he uses to bring life into his puppets. He is the first Puppet Master and the creator of Blade and the rest of the puppets. He now inhabits the body of Decapitron, a robotic puppet that has three different heads, an X-Ray head which allows him to see through walls, a weapons head, and finally a morph head which allows the ghost of the great puppeteer Andre Toulon to speak.
