Origin
The Buzzard attacked the Zombie Priest in a drunken rage after all the citizens of his town were converted to zombies. In panic, the Zombie Priest placed a curse on Buzzard which forces him to feed on zombified flesh. The Buzzard has since devoted his existence to hunting down the Zombie Priest. Buzzard eventually ends up imprisoned in the Zombie Priest's lair on Lonely Street. He is freed by The Goon and goes into isolation by burying himself among the roots of the trees of Horse Eater forest. While in his catatonic state, he communes with the spirits of the forest and learns of the origins of the Zombie Priest. He then returns to The Goon and explains him that it is The Goon'ss destiny to fight the Zombie Priest. Buzzard then goes on to guard the cemetery to prevent any more zombies being raised from stolen corpses.
