John Scheiskopf arrived at Chicago Plexmall, posing as a sales rep peddling Soviet nostalgia jewelry. In actuality, Scheiskopf was a Plex Internal Affairs agent, investigating Reuben's pre-empting of Bob Violence. He soon blew his cover when he killed Chief Ranger Hilton Krieger and revealed himself to Reuben Flagg in the Q-USA broadcasting room. Reuben with the help of Raul got the drop on him and as payback for Hilton's murder, Flagg doped him up and spread-eagled him in the direct path of a raging Gogang.
