Origin

When William Tracy was a young man he went by John Tracy.  He was from a wealthy family and we was a rival to a man named Benson that resulted in the death of a young woman they both loved. Later he became the owner of a camp for young girls.  When his camp was being attacked by the gang and the kidnappings started happening he out to Linda Dale and Pug to help him.
