Enea possesses the conventional superhuman physical attributes of a female goddess of Avalorr. She is superhumanly strong, durable, and possesses great stamina as well as being immune to disease. As the Goddess of Governance, Enea is a natural-born leader and authority figure. She possesses a deep knowledge of the laws that govern Avalorr as well as many other realms. She is a master of statecraft and negotiation, and was the one who formed the armistice with the Fir Bolg that ended the war and established the kingdom of Avalorr.
