Jammal Rashed is the teenage son of Ali Rashed, the hero known as Terror Noir.

After the death of his father, Jammal discovered his father's secret life, and vowed to take up the mantle in order to both avenge his father's death and to continue his fight against evil as Kid Terror. Jammal's mother supported him in this endeavor, under the condition that he register with the Caped Agent program, be supervised and trained by more experienced heroes. Placed under the care of Agent Squires, Kid Terror has proven to be a capable and skilled hero.

Recently, alongside other teen heroes All-American Kid and Pollita, the three foiled an attack on the Capitol Building in Washington, D.C. by the villain Firebomb. Squires dubbed the three the "Junior G-Men", an appelation that has stuck.
