History
The Hard Master was the one of the head of the Arashikage Clan, who trained many ninjas including his nephew Storm Shadow and Snake-Eyes. His murder framed Storm Shadow for it which drove the former into Cobra and the latter eventually into the G.I. Joe Team. The real killer of the Hard Master was Zartan on command by Cobra Commander who wanted to get Storm Shadow to join Cobra.
