Iron Klaw, also known as Count von Rani, is a military commander in the G.I. Joe Extreme continuity.
He was initially a subordinate of the Duchess of Mklavia but he was frustrated by what he saw as a lack of ambition on her part, and often took liberties with her assignments. After he was rebuked numerous times, he murdered the duchess and took power himself.
