Recoil is a Nebulan athlete who decided to come out of retirement and fight alongside the Autobots after meeting Kup whom he felt a connection to seeing as Kup doesn't retire and neither should he. He became a Targetmaster who can transform into Kup's hydrocloric acid shooting musket.
