History
Von Tundra was a nazi, who fought against Skywolf in aerial combat. Skywolf blew half of him away. He returned as a cyborg, and tried to kill Skywolf on various occasions. He was foiled by Skywolf again. At one point he briefly abducted the shaggy, brainless swamp monster The Heap.
