Origin

Taylor's mother, Judith Ali, dealt in the dark arts in New Orleans, Louisiana. She knew of the existence of vampire society in the modern world, and sought proof to expose their activities. A local drug addict named George who was monitoring electronic communication for the Ali's uncovered communication between the vampires Marlow Roderick and Vicente mentioning the event which was planned for Barrow, Alaska. Knowing that he might never come back, Judith sent her only son with a few weapons and a camera to Barrow to capture evidence that vampires exist.

Taylor flew as far as Fairbanks, Alaska where he rented a helicopter, and despite the rapidly approaching storm proceeded to Barrow. Taylor arrived above Barrow after Vicente had killed Marlow, and began capturing video of the carnage below. Vicente jumped off the side of a building, landing on the front of the helicopter. He smashed the front windshield, bringing them down. Before Taylor died he hit send on his computer, transmitting the video feed back to his mother in New Orleans, and accomplishing his mission.
