Albert, a university student, shares his dorm room with his best friend David Brown. Like most students on campus, he’ll witness the appearance of the Crave app and its growing popularity. Before he receives Kei Saito's memo not to use it, he’ll also be tempted to make a wish, that of going out with Sofia Hunt. He has had a crush on her for a while and now that he knows she is no longer seeing Hugo Johnson he wonders if he has a chance.

Crave seems to believe that it’s possible and will direct him to an elevator, where Sofia is now. Once alone with her in it, Crave will cause a breakdown and he will be stuck with her for long minutes.

When he will confess to her that he is responsible for what is happening to them, following his request to Crave, Sofia will approach him and kiss him. She thinks that if his wish comes true, Crave should free them. That's what happens, the elevator doors open and they are free. Even though Sofia acted to get out of there, she enjoyed the time spent with Albert and they continued their rapprochement afterwards.

As panic spread across the campus, Kei Saito arranged a private meeting with Albert, Sofia and two other friends. During the discussion, he explained Crave’s origins and how it functioned. The group collaborated with Kei to devise a plan to erase Crave’s data and shut down the app. To execute their plan, Sofia and Albert accessed the server in Dean Mr. Duncan’s office and successfully wiped the data using software designed by Kei.
