Bad Axe
One of the Overlord's henchman, he attempted to recruit Mace into the Vicious Cycle, only to be arrested. After his escape, he was shot and killed by Dragon in the rebellion against Cyberface when he tried to decapitate a brain-washed Superpatriot.

Major Story Arcs
When Mace was killing his way through the ranks of the Vicious Circle, Bad Axe watched his progress. He suggested to Overlord to bring over the vigilante to their ranks, but this attempt was met with failure. Bad Axe was apprehended and sent to Stronghold Penitentiary where he later tried to escape when Cyberface opened up the prison with his powers.
Bad Axe remained with the Vicious Circle and maintained his loyalty to Overlord, remaining with his faction even after his death. He was part of the group that was recruited by Dragon to depose Cyberface. When Bad Axe went to decapitate a brain-washed Superpatriot despite a warning, Dragon shot him dead.
