Overview
Clownface is a bounty hunter or "Body Bagger"; it's often a more time-saving and cost-effective way to take out your targets than to drag 'em in. Along with his once-estranged daughter Panda, he works the mean streets.
When working, he likes to tool up with full-body armor and a trademark face-mask. Just as well too, because he's just as likely to take a stray shot from Panda as from the bad guys.

Clownface's signature weapon is a pair of combat knives. He has shown ease in using them both to sever limbs from his human or cyborg opponents, and has also been seen damaging cars with them.
His partner Pops told Panda that he doesn't need guns, as he is the only person in the world capable of throwing a knife with the force of a mortar.
