While Derek is never shown using his mechanical implants/enhancements for fighting crime, he is shown lifting two high school age boys off the ground with a single hand each with no effort.
The scene takes place in Invincible #14 where Derek seems to be called a freak by classmates and fights back against them, he does not seriously inure or kill any of them.
