The Pact

A renegade cadet who escaped from the government training installation, Chris "Handgun" Kaplan uses lightning quick reflexes and a sharp wit to escape from a jam. Far closer to the ranks of the criminals than the superheroes, this chain-smoking head-banger has no redeeming qualities and even fewer friends, save Cutlass. Ironically, he is a male-chauvinist and bigot whose best friend is a black woman. As his name implies, he can "morph" his right hand into a gun at will.
