Hershel Brown can sculpt chocolate with such accuracy that they mimic their real-life counterpart. It's believed that chocolate weapons sculpted by Hershel were used in the hijacking of Skybound flight 392, as well as the videotaped beheading of journalist Allen M. Havarti by E.G.G. terrorists. He even created chocolate laser weapons.
Wanting to sell such a weapon to agents of the Vampire Cibopath, he was shot to death in the resulting melee of the agents and Savoy, Valenzano and Olive Chu.
