Origins

Horribella is a witch that lives just outside of the Bog of Madness, who takes jobs for pay from Queen Cloudia. Her last job was to kill Gerturade, which she failed horribly at, even after turning an entire faun village to zombies.

Creations

Horribella was created by Skottie Young for his series I Hate Fairyland. Horribella first appeared in issue 2 and although she was killed in issue 17 she still appears in later stories in the form of flashback to Gert's biggest kills and accomplishments.

Horribella is hired by Queen Cloudia to kill Gert, a job the witch only excepts after the price is right. She then flies from her home outside the Bog of Madness to Faun Valley where she gives a happy faun an apple, that is really a cursed brain that transforms him into a zombie. This one faun transforms the entire Valley, but Gert is able to use her blood lust to kill them all and escape unscathed. Horribella informs the Queen that she is unsuccessful but this does not deter the ruler in her quest to rid Fairyland of the little green haired Gert.

Horribella is later seen as the head master of Harbingers School of Witches and Warlocks and watches as Gert, now the queen of Fairyland, blows up the school on graduation day.

Horribella must have survived the explosion because later she is seen playing cards with Gert, Bart of the Blackness and other evil characters of Fairyland. This time, Gerl loses a bet with Bart and is forced to go into Larry's hat and retrieve the rare Catastrophon. Gert is successful in bringing the beast back to the card game and it eats everyone in the room.

Again, Horribella must have survived the Catastrophon's attack, because she is seen the vision of the future, where in 100 years, Gert would need to fight a great dragon and although Horribella and the Council of Immortal Magi are there they are no match for the mistakes of Gert, and they are all blown away by dragon fire.

Good Girl

When Gert has been turned good, she goes on quests all around Fairyland, doing good deeds. She passes Horribella and her pet rat Remus. Horribella is gets an idea and flys home to the Bog of Madness and contacts Satan. Her and the Prince of Darkness make a deal if Horribella stops Gert from leaving Fairyland he will give her the bones of Queen Cloudia.

Horrible sends some of Fairylands best assassins but they all fail and it is Gert slipping and falling on her lollypop that kills the green haired little girl, sending her to Hell.

Sadly Never After

Satan sends Horriabella the box full of Queen Cloudia's bones and when Horriable resurrects her, she is rewarded by the newly alive queen, sucking the life at of the witch, killing her for good this time.
