2025 Killer Tournament

Layla was recruited for a last man standing tournament of killers. She was recruited by a wealthy family from Delaware, one of 13 families representing one of the original 13 colonies. The winning family gets to secretly control the country for the next five years, until the next tournament. She was assigned the weapon type, "Fire."

She was immediately attracted to Slater, the killer assigned the weapon type, "Explosives" They bonded over their similar weapons, even sharing weapons with each other. The two planned on setting fire to a local rock concert, but they were outwitted by the sprinkler system. At the same time, Slater made a move on Layla and kissed her. However, she already said she doesn't like to be touched so she pushed him over a railing and into a trap set by Recluse ("Rope" killer). He was cut into many pieces.

Layla hitched a ride with some teens fleeing the concert for a kegger in the woods. Pretty Boy ("Axe" killer) had the same idea. He confronted her by the bonfire, but luckily, she rigged the van she came in to explode. She triggered it to separate her and Pretty Boy, causing herself to fall into the bonfire, burning her even more badly than she previously was. While trying to scare one of the survivors, Layla got an axe to the face thanks to a scared survivor, eliminating Layla from the tournament.
