Mister Liu is a founding member of The Order and was in charge of keeping Titan in check after he took over Machine Head's organization. His main mission for the Order was to free Multi-Paul from prison after he had been captured by Invincible. Titan failed twice leaving Liu to free Multi-Paul himself using his Soul-Self Dragon Form. Eventually he went to war with Titan until Invincible defeated Liu's dragon form and he was taken to prison. He was freed from captivity by Embrace, who to his surprise had never heard of or the truth that she had been cleaning up after him for some time. After an arguement with Embrace, Set, the leader of the Order told him he would listen and that he had become a failure to the Order. Things took a darker turn when Liu attacked Titan again, when they were forced to work together again but Set stopped them both saying that if either one of them continued, they would both be killed.
