The Necro cop was created by using a fusion of cybernetics and the very fabric that makes up Spawn's cape. The Necro Cop was constructed by human hands, and posed a very real threat to Spawn. Luckily Spawn destroyed it in a base under the sewers of Paris, France before it was given the time to learn how to control its vast array of Hellspawn powers.

The Necro Cop was said to have all the powers of a Hellspawn and even more thanks to its creators and was even seen to control electricity. It was said that it would become nearly invincible over time thanks to the fusion of magic and cybernetics.

However in the afterlife Necro Cop used his powers to save Margaret Love and the two would team up to escaped back into the living world. The duo would fell in love and seek revenge against Spawn for Killing them and later they fight against the Scorched.
