Origin

"Erica Moss" was born into a commune, with no need for a name, and no loyalty to the American corporate capitalist nation. When a rogue CIA agent named Joe Kurtz unleashed the gas on the commune, Erica was the only survivor, and by some unknown virtue was able to control and manipulate it. Becoming known as the Neon Demon, Moss began murdering religious leaders and government officials she deemed responsible. After having her revenge on Kurtz, Neon was recruited into the Third Gen.

Powers & Abilities

Neon is infused with an uncategorized "fog" made up of gasses of unknown origin, known to have been captured by Second Gen after it was responsible for the death of several thousand miners on the outskirts of the Disputed Empire. Neon can use the pink mist to levitate, generate laser light, and other lower intensity forms of light, as well as influence minds and obscure herself from perception.
