Under the influence of the serum, Nicole Nakamura caused trouble in Tower City, evading capture by Dynamo 5. It became the goal of Dynamo 5 to capture Whiptail, and they confronted her another night. It was this second encounter that it was revealed that Whiptail, this time, was actually Nicole Nakamura.
