Principal Serrano is in charge when Peter Pilaf finally snaps and causes many of the students in the cafeteria to go on a murderous killing spree. Serrano then helps Agent Chu and Agent Colby get Peter's file and helps them find Olive Chu one of his students and daughter of Agent Chu. He is then there when the Agents are able to end Peter's hostage stand-off.
