Racket is a member of the skunk (Mephitis Mephitis) community. One of the smallest and most decentralized in the Enclave as they have kept their solitary life-style, preferring not to associate with one another. She is a mutant, born with the ability to fly unaided. Flamboyant, flirtatious and often, outrageous, Racket is the life of the party, but her carefree exterior does little to mask the sensitive and intelligent soul inside.
